Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Nova website and launchpad interface operated under the Nova Labs name. It does not govern Solana, wallet providers, Raydium, linked websites, or other third-party services, which have their own policies.
Information we process
- Wallet information: Your public Solana address, connection status, and public on-chain activity when you choose to connect.
- Usage information: Pages viewed, feature interactions, approximate timestamps, referring pages, and general performance information.
- Device information: Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and approximate region derived from network information.
- Content you submit: Token names, tickers, descriptions, artwork, and other launch information you choose to provide.
- Communications: Information you provide if you contact Nova through an official channel.
Nova does not need your recovery phrase or private key and will never ask you to provide them.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the interface, connect requested wallet features, display public blockchain data, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, understand product usage, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about material service or policy changes.
Public blockchain data
Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token activity, and transactions recorded on-chain are publicly visible and generally cannot be deleted or changed by Nova. Even if Nova removes information from its own interface, copies may remain on the blockchain or with third parties.
Sharing and service providers
Nova may share limited information with infrastructure, security, analytics, hosting, and professional service providers when needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or support a business reorganization. Nova does not sell private keys or recovery phrases because it does not collect them.
Storage, retention, and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including security and legal requirements. Nova uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet or blockchain service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, and credentials.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect your wallet, limit browser storage, and avoid submitting optional information. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal information controlled by Nova. These rights do not extend to immutable public blockchain records.
A formal privacy contact channel will be published before Nova begins collecting account-level or live launch data. Until then, do not send personal or confidential information through token metadata or public blockchain transactions.
Changes to this policy
Nova may update this policy as the product, law, or data practices change. The updated date above will identify the latest version. Material changes may also be announced in the interface.
