1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Nova, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the interface. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must not use Nova where access or the relevant activity is unlawful or restricted.
2. The Nova interface
Nova provides non-custodial software for interacting with Solana. Nova does not control your wallet, hold your private keys, custody assets, execute transactions without your approval, or guarantee that a submitted transaction will be confirmed.
Token creation submits a real Solana mainnet transaction through Pump.fun, a third-party service. Launches cannot be reversed.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet security, device, transactions, taxes, legal compliance, and evaluation of every token and counterparty. You must independently verify addresses, amounts, permissions, fees, and transaction details before approval.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Nova to violate law, sanctions, or third-party rights; facilitate fraud, manipulation, malware, theft, or money laundering; impersonate another person or project; distribute unlawful or infringing content; interfere with the service; evade technical restrictions; or misrepresent a token’s origin, risks, or expected returns.
Nova may restrict or remove access to interface features or content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity. Public blockchain activity may remain accessible independently of Nova.
5. Token creators and content
Creators remain solely responsible for token metadata, artwork, statements, promotion, distribution, and compliance. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Nova a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and format that content for operating and promoting the service.
6. Third-party services
Wallet providers, Solana, Raydium, RPC providers, and linked services are independent third parties. Nova does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, terms, fees, or actions.
7. No advice or guarantees
Nova provides software and information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Token visibility, statistics, graduation, or availability on Nova is not an endorsement. Nova does not guarantee price, liquidity, returns, adoption, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nova Labs and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from wallet compromise, smart contracts, tokens, market movement, network failures, third parties, or user error.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A jurisdiction-specific governing-law, dispute-resolution, and liability-cap provision will be added before live commercial launch.
9. Changes and termination
Nova may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept them. You may stop using Nova and disconnect your wallet at any time.
