Token prices may be extremely volatile and affected by small trades, concentrated holdings, automated trading, publicity, manipulation, or changing sentiment. Creator and token risk
Token creators are independent users. They may provide inaccurate information, abandon a project, retain concentrated holdings, or act against other holders’ interests. Names, artwork, social links, badges, and graduation status do not prove identity, legitimacy, quality, or endorsement by Nova.
Smart contract and network risk
Smart contracts, token programs, wallets, RPC providers, Solana, and decentralized exchanges may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, outages, congestion, or unexpected behavior. Transactions can fail, be delayed, execute differently than expected, or become economically impractical.
Wallet and transaction risk
Anyone with access to your recovery phrase or private key can control your assets. Malicious approvals, phishing, compromised devices, copied addresses, and fake wallet software can cause irreversible loss. Blockchain transactions are generally final, and Nova cannot reverse or recover them.
Bonding curve and migration risk
Bonding-curve pricing can move quickly and may differ from prices available after graduation. Reaching a graduation threshold does not guarantee successful migration, permanent liquidity, active trading, fair distribution, or future value. Raydium and other third-party systems operate independently of Nova.
Regulatory and tax risk
Laws and regulatory interpretations for crypto assets vary and may change. A token or activity may be restricted, taxed, or treated differently depending on your location and circumstances. You are responsible for obtaining independent legal and tax advice and complying with applicable obligations.
